Twelve Stages.
Zero Compromise.

Every piece that leaves our Jaipur floor has passed through a rigorous 12-stage manufacturing workflow — designed to eliminate defects, minimize metal loss, and deliver export-grade finish every time.

3D CAD Design

Our in-house design department creates precise 3D digital models from sketches, optimizing wall thickness and support setting structures for cast integrity.

02

CPX / CAM Preparation

CAD models undergo computer-aided manufacturing prep. This determines casting trees, sprues, and flow pathways to eliminate shrinkage porosity and metal voids.

03

High-Precision Wax Printing

Industrial wax printers print exact physical replicas of the CAD model, replicating complex undercuts and fine details with micron accuracy.

04

Pre-Cast Wax Cleaning Proprietary Step

A proprietary stage where printed waxes are chemically cleaned to strip support residues. Skipping this step leads to surface impurities and metal porosity in the final cast.

05

Vacuum Metal Casting

Cleaned waxes are invested in plaster and burned out. Molten sterling silver, gold, or brass is cast under vacuum pressure with strictly monitored thermal gates.

Griding

Raw castings are clipped from the trees and hand-filed. Specialized rotary micro-motors and filing guides shape edges and remove parting lines without sacrificing weight.

Precision Stone Setting

Artisans place gems under magnification. Bezel, prong, and channel seats are cut individually, ensuring zero shifting and minimal gemstone stress.

Vacuum-Assisted Buff Polishing Margin Recovery

Multi-stage hand-polishing using variable speed buffs. Integrated high-suction hoods capture airborne silver dust, recovering margins and maintaining worker health.

09

BIS Hallmarking & Assay

Finished batches are verified for purity. Gold jewelry receives official Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) laser hallmarking for global export compliance.

Electroplating & Coating

Pieces receive high-micron electroplating (rhodium, 18K yellow gold, or rose gold vermeil) followed by anti-tarnish protective sealing for maximum shelf life.

Mag-Inspection Quality Check

Every single piece undergoes independent quality control under 10x magnification, checking stone tightness, plating thickness, and surface reflections.
